Zaren retired in 2008, and after his passing the same year, his son George stepped up to continue his father’s legacy. With the close support of his siblings, George worked tirelessly to keep Kazin Banda thriving, honoring its tradition of warm hospitality and great food.
After George’s passing in 2023, his siblings Marika, Frances, and Joseph came together to uphold the Gauci family tradition, working passionately to ensure the bar and restaurant remain a cornerstone for the local community and visitors alike till today.
